I was unable to find any single source of materials, time and other requirements to upgrade different buildings in the game, so decided to compile my own. If you find some incorrect values, please let me know in comments.

In the table below you will find the most important requirements for the HQ upgrades. Before you launch one, please make sure you follow those tips to build as quickly as possible. I’ve collected them all here.

I started playing two days ago on android and the requirement for lvl 16 HQ is Garage 15. 0_o

I hope that’s the only change. Trying to get to HQ 21 asap.
I’ll post again if the next requirement for HQ 17 isn’t Range 16
P3 to P4 HQ is 280 cores, not 250 and HP is 140 cores, not 125. Cannot confirm the troop buildings at this time.

Hiya, can somebody tell me please when is plasma 4 avaiable? we are 130 days old and some maxed plasma 3.. thanks
It would be helpful if these included the troop training building level requirements for the Plasma HQ upgrades as well, as is listed for the first 30 HQ levels.
