Redemption a.k.a. gift codes allow you to get some biocaps or other small rewards. They are usually expiring within a day or two, so make sure you redeem them ASAP!

How to redeem a code
- Tap your Chief profile avatar in the top left corner of the main page. Hit Settings and then tap Gift Redemption.
- Enter your gift code. It is not case-sensitive.
- If the redemption is successful, find the reward in your in-game mail. The items given by the code will be found in your system mail.
- Gift codes can only be redeemed once for each account. As some gift codes are prepared for certain players (e.g. beginners, or online event participants), there may be code redemption requirements that must be fulfilled.
